At any time you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting register@knmlabs.com.
Your request must include your name and email address, as well as that of the person who will be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new attendee.
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to register@knmlabs.com.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the workshop is eligible for a refund of your registration fee minus the non-refundable $500 deposit.
- Registrants who cancel less than 60 days before the start of the workshop, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will be responsible for the full registration fee.
In light of the continuing presence of Covid-19 variants, should the CDC declare a travel moratorium we would need to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In that unlikely event, we will send an email to the person registered with a list of options of how to move forward.
